Returns, Exchanges & warranty

We accept returns on new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition and must include any original packaging.

We are happy to announce that we now offer exchanges! You may exchange your item(s) for the same style but a different size or different colorUnfortunately, we cannot assist with exchanges for different items at this time. We can, however, offer store credit instead of a refund for repurchasing a different item all together (just let us know that is what you would like to do!). 

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the clothing you receive is defective, or otherwise deemed a mistake, please mark your return as a warranty issue, and we will provide a prepaid label.

If you bought from Amazon, you will need to initiate a return from your Amazon account. 

How do I start? For all returns, exchanges or warranty issues, fill out the form below. This includes seeking assistance with order issues such as damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

***If you are returning multiple items from one order, please fill out the form only once with all items you are wanting to return. If you have returns from multiple orders, please fill out the return form for each order. If you have a return and an exchange from one order, fill out the form for a return and then fill out the form for an exchange.***
