HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Start your return or exchange HERE! 

(Did your item arrive damaged or mislabeled? Keep scrolling for the Warranty Instructions).

To get started, simply enter your email address and order ID# from your confirmation email. Then, select the items you'd like to return or exchange—easy peasy!

Once you’ve completed the return process, we’ll email you a return label. Just print it out, attach it to your package, and make sure all approved items are included in the same shipment.

Have an issue with your items? We want you to be happy! If you are not satisfied for any reason, within 1 year of purchase, see warranty instructions below so we can send you a replacement! Damage that occurs after a year is usually caused by wear and tear (and sadly, yes sometimes even by care) and does not qualify for a replacement.  

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns on new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery, minus $8 return shipping cost. *Your return shipping is FREE if you opt for a Woolly exchange or store credit! 

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN?

To qualify for a return, items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused—though of course, you can try them on! Just make sure all original tags are still attached.

Please note, items marked as LAST CHANCE DEALS are final sale, so they can’t be returned for a refund, but they do qualify for an exchange or Woolly store credit.

ARE YOUR RETURN LABELS FREE?

You will receive a prepaid label sent to your email and an $8 cost will be deducted from the return total once we process your return. 

Your return shipping is FREE if you opt for Woolly store credit or an exchange. 

Original shipping charges, if applicable for expedited shipping, are not refundable.

WHAT PACKAGING SHOULD I USE FOR THE RETURN?

You are free to return your items in the original packaging (we would love it if this is possible) or any packaging that will securely return the item back to us! 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN PROCESSING TIME?

Once you receive an email indicating your return has reached our warehouse, please allow us up to 30 days to process your return. We appreciate your patience and support of a small company! 

If any returns do not meet the above requirements, we will reach out via email. 

WHAT QUALIFIES AS A WARRANTY ISSUE?

Warranty issues also includes items that arrive damaged or mislabeled. These will qualify for a free and quick exchange or refund.

WARRANTY: MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR FAILED WITHIN A YEAR. WHAT DO I DO?

If you received an item that is damaged or are unsatisfied within the first year of wear, send us an email at help@woolly.clothing. Please include the following:

  • Order ID#
  • Shipping Address
  • Photo of the damage

*Please note that colors of our clothing may vary due to photography lenses and lighting. These situations do not qualify for defects, but you certainly can still return for a refund or exchange. 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

If you received a wrong item/size/color, you are always eligible for a free exchange by emailing us at help@woolly.clothing. Please include the following:

  • Order ID#
  • Shipping Address
  • Photo of the labeling on the product package with the barcode and name of product.
  • Photo of the product itself.
