High Waisted Thong

This is one of my favorite styles so I had to try it out as my first purchase. I have to say when I first hand washed it there was a bit of a smell. (Comes with wool items) I just hung them in the sun to dry and they were great. They were super comfortable and soft. I have to say these lived up to the hype I have around this style, I will definitely be buying more!

I already wear wooly underwear most of the time but hadn't tried this cut. I have the bikini briefs and the regular thongs in XS (5'7" 125lbs, narrow hips) and I would say those cuts run big and I have plenty of room, not digging in. The regular thongs are even a bit loose so I ordered my regular size in the high waisted thong when the lime green was discounted to try a new cut. When it arrived it was clear the fit would be different. I wish I took pictures before returning but the width of the underwear was 1-2 inches more narrow than my other wooly underwear. The material was thinner and completely see through and they were much too tight to be comfortable. I am surprised that the general consensus on the reviews is that these run big. Did I get a dud pair? I will say that they would probably be incredibly comfortable in the right size, I'm just at a loss of what size is correct for me now. If all run as small as the XS I got, I might need a Medium but there are reviews of women that typically wear bigger sizes saying they needed a small. What to do?

These high-waisted thongs are absolutely fantastic. I’ve worn thongs most of my life but have longed for more stomach coverage post-kids. I have a stupid high waist, too, one that most “high-wasted” items don’t actually fit, but these do. I’m usually a medium but sized up to a large based on the sizing guide since I wear a size 10 pant, but clearly didn’t need to. Medium would be perfect and I’ll be ordering more in that size. I also deal with intense sensory stuff and literally forget I have these on. I haven’t run or lifted in them yet but expect they’ll be perfectly up to the task. Hands down my new holy grail underwear. Thank you, Woolly!!!

I love these high waisted thong undies but, they are constantly rolling or slipping down. I would love more if they had some type of elastic waistband. Perhaps like the French thong or men’s underwear. Other than that, they are super soft and comfy.
