I've had this coat on my wish list for a while. When I got a Woolly gift card for Christmas I ordered it Christmas evening! It has not disappointed at all. So cute, fits great, and warm! I have Raynaud's which is a circulation disorder and I get cold extremely easily. My family just moved from Seattle to Ohio and it is COLD here compared to the PNW. I've been layering this coat with a Woolly base later and an organic cotton sweatshirt and I'm staying plenty warm. It's been great in some light rain too- I've yet to try it out in heavy rain. I'm petite- 5 ft 1 and under 100lbs and the XS fits perfectly. I can see why some folks size up for easier layering but the XS has been fine for my so far! Thanks for the great coat, Woolly. This is a nice rain jacket. It has nice details and is well made. Even the lining is wool. It doesn't look like wool because of the way the fabric is made. I am impressed by the fabric weave. It has a substantial weight though it is made of wool because of the weight of the zippers and buttons. I am 5'1, 115lbs, wear a 32A bra, 31” circumference chest at armpit, 29” circumference at bra strap, 41.5” circumference around the shoulders, 18.5” arm length from armpit to wrist, 11.5” circumference at widest part of my upper arm. I normally wear sizes XS or Small in tops, or 2 petite. I wanted this to fit loosely like a coat to wear over a sweater, so I bought this in size MEDIUM--which is a larger size than I would normally wear. I like that the body fit like a coat in this size, but the arms are long due to the larger size so I have the fold up the sleeve cuff once. I don't mind the look. It would probably be more fitted if I got a size Small. I added pictures so you can see the how a Medium looks on someone who should probably wear a size XS or Small.

I was surprised at how thin this jacket felt. I expected it to be thicker, but it is plenty warm. I have worn it with short sleeves and my arms occasionally feel some scratches from the wool. It doesn't bother me, but it is noticeable. With long sleeves I don't notice it.
