I can’t say I don’t like this hoodie but unfortunately it came to me extremely staticky and after the first wash (according to directions on the tag) it absolutely reeked! It’s drying now, but as soon as I opened my washer the smell was horrible. My other woolly items have the same smell but it’s not as strong, we’ll see how everything is when dry but definitely not what I was anticipating from merino.

I’m loving the color, softness and cute factor of this hoodie. I’ve been wearing it a lot since receiving it. I was unsure about the crop cut, but it’s actually not too short.

I purchased cropped hoodies and matching joggers in Black, Kale, Slate, and Gray. I bought the cropped tees in all colors and four pairs of panties to wear under them. I purchased gray socks to take, as well. (I need more socks in all colors, please!)

Why so many pieces? I bought them to take on a three week exploration expedition to Norway 200+ miles above the arctic circle! We were snorkeling in the frigid fjords recording the behaviors of orcas, humpback whales and fin whales, so I even wore several pieces of Woolly garments as base layers under my drysuit!

I couldn’t have been more impressed with the fit, the performance, the appearance of every single piece! (I even ended up wearing the panties and a Sunday tee as pajamas! The one problem I had? I actually over-packed! Since wool seems to be a natural odor resistant fiber, I was able to wear pieces multiple days without worry.

I love this hoodie! It’s so warm and soft! I am going to get more colors!

I particularly like this hoodie, but I have to dock a star for the plastic strip included in the shoulder region. After one wash, the tip of that got exposed and became incredibly irritating for my skin. I trimmed the plastic and it's much more comfortable now, but the inclusion of the strip is uncomfortable and doesn't seem important to the integrity of the hoodie anyway. I've found the tiny front pocket very helpful for receipts, cards, or an empty cup when I need both hands for a minute. And the cropping location is very flattering. I'm not sure if my photos are the best to reflect that, but that's about where the bottom falls.
